I love finding furniture that isn't all about the SLex.  This Easel is a gorgeous addition to any SL Home, and it is PG.  I would love loved to use this back in the days when I used SL to teach because I would have set out a bunch of easels for students to sit at while we built their content.  

The Deluxe Painter Art Easel is the most realistic painting experience I have found in Second Life. You set a timer and that directs how long you will paint.  As time progresses, more paint appears on the canvas. Rezzable paints, a paint brush, and a palette help the prop look realistic.  There are 31 oil paintings to choose from and 6 different wood choices.  The easel is only 5 prims, as well!  This is a mesh product, so your viewer needs to be able to handle mesh.

Notice how well the easel blends into a landscape!  Below is a different wood texture.

Second Life Sex: BDSM Trunk and BDSM Picture Frame: The Best of J.L. Design

The world of Second Life sex is always booming.  You can get SLex furniture almost anywhere, but good designers are hard to find.

J.L. Designs makes two products that I love.  While they both have the same poses and props, they each provide you with a unique option for decorating your SL home or dungeon.  They also work with the Restrained Life Viewer (RLV).

The Naughty Chest:  AKA The JLD Trunk

I love the Naughty Chest!  It just looks cool, and you can change the color of it to match your decor. All of the poses include the appropriate props, and you can use the RLV with it, as well.

In the pose below, you can see the chest in the background.  The props all come with the chest, and the chains attach nicely to the cuffs.  The facial expression of the avatar looks great, and shoes and hands don't morph into the objects.

All good sets should come with a nicely crafted throne.  This throne has nice poses that capture the essence of a BDSM relationship.

In this pose, you can see the detail of the Wall.  All of the hooks and leather look great, and the avatars look realistic and not forced (well, not THAT kind of forced, hehe).

This is an adult piece of furniture despite the cute picture!   The BDSM menu is a full section devoted to chaining and submissive behavior. This menu will rez the props as they are needed and also have options for wearable items to enhance your experience. Also a free set of cuffs are provided so you can pass them to participant(s) and when wore will automatically chain your avatar to each pose where needed.  The toy box includes a RLV compatible Lockable BallGag, Lockable Blindfold and Lockable Gag-Blindfold. 

The picture frame delivers all the same poses, but is a sneaky little addition to the home.  You can choose a PG scene to trick your nice vanilla neighbors, but one click will take you to a world of passion!

I love that you can also change the picture and the frame to meet the needs of your style.  In the picture below, I chose something a little more in tune with the BDSM community.

Overall, this furniture is really solid and fun.  The trunk and the frame look great in any SL house!

Tasteful Sexy SL Furniture: J.L. Designs

We all love our sexy beds and mature poses, but there is a true art to creating tasteful and fun SLex furniture.  The best designer on the grid is, hands down, Jay Lordhunter of J.L. Designs.

I spent some quality time with a few friends using the new Easton Livingroom Set which comes in a PG or Adult edition.  (Direct Marketplace Link : https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/JL-Designs-Eaton-Living-Room-Set-Adult-TextureColor-Changeable-Mesh/6877750).

The detail is fantastic!  The whole set is only 48 prims and is loaded with tons of features and options.  There are 27 different fabric styles, 9 wood choices, 27 pillow fabrics choices and 27 rug styles.

There are also 9 Rezable decorative table layouts that let you choose a decorative layout that matches your mood and style. Even better, every pose that has a "thing" gives you the "thing" (wine, popcorn, laptop, etc.).

The detail is realistic and clean.  There are no sharp edges or unbalanced prims.  Everything rezzes on one click and is easy to install.  I loved changing the wood colors and the decorations.  There are even two picture frames that allow you to add pics!

In this photo, I am laying in a single pose.  Notice how my feet don't sink into the couch?  Notice how the candles above have an appropriate glow?  I find that most furniture leaves out these kinds of details.

In this pose, notice the detail on the lamps and on the tables.  The decorations are tasteful and provide a classic look.  Notice that my arms don't morph into the couch.

The chairs are posable, too.  I love the detail of the tree and rug and love that our avatars look natural and sweet.

But, we don't buy SLex furniture to be sweet all the time.  The sex poses are detailed with hands and feet and that don't poke though each other.  The engine has tons of the best poses for that "special night" (or day, or afternoon, or, you know, whenever).
The poses work for MF, MM, and GG.  You can change the lighting and the tabletop to reflect the kinds of evening you want to have.  In this pose, you receive a wearable wine glass from the table.

Overall, the Easton Livingroom Set  adds style to any SL home!
